PROGRAM TERMS

Fortified to Launch Program Terms

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms apply to Fortified to Launch, a live online coaching and educational cohort offered jointly by Emerging Adulthood Consulting (“EAC”) and The Fortified Mindset. By purchasing or participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Program scope

Fortified to Launch provides education, coaching, guided reflection, group discussion, and practical planning for families supporting an emerging adult. It is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical care, medication management, legal advice, case management, or crisis intervention. Participation does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or attorney-client relationship.

Schedule

The self-paced orientation opens February 2, 2027. Live sessions meet Tuesdays, February 9 through March 9, from 7:00–8:00 PM Central. The all-team reunion meets April 6 from 7:00–8:00 PM Central. Reasonable scheduling changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.

Eligibility and fit

The program team may review assessment information to determine whether the cohort is an appropriate level of support. The team may decline or end participation when the program is not an appropriate fit, when immediate clinical or safety support is needed, or when conduct materially disrupts the group or threatens participant safety.

Participation and group conduct

Participants agree to communicate respectfully, protect the privacy of other participants, avoid sharing identifying stories outside the group, and follow facilitator directions intended to preserve a safe learning environment. Participants may discuss their own experience, but may not identify, quote, record, screenshot, or distribute another participant’s information.

Recordings and missed sessions

Live cohort sessions are not recorded. A missed session does not create a right to a refund, credit, private makeup session, or access to another participant’s discussion. The program may provide the applicable workbook materials and a general educational recap.

Technology and access

Participants are responsible for a reliable internet connection, a private location when reasonably possible, and a device capable of using the designated meeting platform. Meeting links are for registered participants only and may not be forwarded.

Fees and payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed and any required acknowledgments are accepted. Pricing and capacity are per participant, and each checkout reserves one participant seat. Spouses or other family members attending together must each complete a separate paid checkout. The cohort is limited to 50 paid participant seats.

Electronic acceptance and authority

Before purchasing, each participant must complete the participant agreement, accept these Program Terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Refund Policy, and type their full legal name. The purchaser represents that they are at least 18 years old. A parent may pay for a named participant’s seat; the participant must still complete their own participant agreement. Payment does not give the purchaser a separate participant seat. Electronic acceptance and a typed name may be retained with the enrollment record.

Refunds and transfers

Purchases are final because enrollment reserves limited cohort capacity and preparation begins before Week 1. The full policy appears in the Refund Policy. A transfer to another eligible participant or a future cohort is not guaranteed and requires written approval from EAC and The Fortified Mindset.

Program changes or cancellation

The program team may make reasonable changes to facilitators, curriculum order, meeting technology, or session logistics. If EAC and The Fortified Mindset cancel the entire cohort, purchasers may choose a full refund of amounts paid or transfer to a rescheduled or future cohort, even if a rescheduled option is offered.

Materials and intellectual property

Program guides, worksheets, frameworks, slides, and recordings created by the program team are protected materials. They are licensed to registered participants for personal, noncommercial use and may not be copied, sold, taught, posted, or distributed without written permission.

Privacy and communications

Program information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. Operational emails about assessment review, payment, access, schedule changes, or participant safety are part of delivering the program. Marketing messages are handled separately and may be declined where applicable.

No guaranteed outcome

The program provides tools, education, and structured practice, but outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation, and factors outside the program team’s control. No particular family, employment, educational, clinical, or independence outcome is promised.

Accessibility

Requests for reasonable accessibility accommodations should be sent as early as possible to info@emergingadulthoodtx.com. The team will discuss available options but cannot guarantee that every requested accommodation can be provided.
