PRIVACY NOTICE

How Fortified to Launch Uses Your Information

Effective October 28, 2026

Information collected

The assessment and enrollment process may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, family role, the emerging adult’s age range, the primary area of concern, whether urgent support may be needed, the progress you hope to make, referral source, payment information, and participation acknowledgments.

How the information is used

EAC uses this information to review program fit, respond to your assessment, communicate next steps, manage enrollment and payment, deliver the cohort, provide safety or scope guidance, maintain program records, and improve program operations.

Information shared with The Fortified Mindset

EAC reviews assessment submissions first. Information relevant to program fit, facilitation, or participant safety may be shared with authorized members of The Fortified Mindset team for Fortified to Launch. Information is not shared with other cohort participants except what you choose to disclose during the program.

Service providers

EAC may use service providers such as Wix, payment processors, email services, and the designated online meeting platform to operate the program. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Data sales and targeted advertising

EAC does not sell Fortified to Launch assessment or participant information and does not use it for targeted advertising. Information is disclosed only as described in this notice, including to service providers and authorized Fortified Mindset team members who need it for program fit, facilitation, operations, or safety.

Urgent information

The assessment is not monitored as an emergency service. If a submission indicates possible urgent, safety, or clinical needs, EAC may prioritize review and provide scope or referral guidance. Do not use the assessment to request emergency help.

Retention and protection

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for assessment follow-up, enrollment, program delivery, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable business or legal obligations. EAC uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information associated with the program, withdraw from optional marketing, or ask questions about program records by emailing info@emergingadulthoodtx.com. EAC may need to verify the request and may retain records required for payment, safety, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. Where applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by replying to EAC’s decision. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General about rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

Children’s information

The assessment, enrollment, and participant agreement are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through these forms. If EAC learns that personal information was collected directly from a child under 13, EAC will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to this notice

EAC may update this notice when program practices, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated through the program contact information on file.
