REFUND POLICY

Fortified to Launch Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Purchases are final

Fortified to Launch has limited capacity, and each enrollment reserves a participant seat that may no longer be available to another person. Program preparation and access work also begin before Week 1. For those reasons, program purchases are final and nonrefundable, including when a participant misses sessions or chooses to withdraw.

Acknowledgment before purchase

Before checkout, each participant must complete the participant agreement and acknowledge this Refund Policy. Please contact info@emergingadulthoodtx.com with any questions before purchasing.

Program cancellation

If EAC and The Fortified Mindset cancel the entire cohort, purchasers may choose a full refund of amounts paid or transfer the amount paid to a rescheduled or future Fortified to Launch cohort.

Duplicate charges and processing errors

Duplicate charges and verified payment-processing errors will be corrected. Contact info@emergingadulthoodtx.com promptly with the purchaser’s name and transaction information.

Transfers

A request to transfer enrollment to another eligible participant or a future cohort may be considered before Week 1, but approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed. A purchaser should not promise, sell, or transfer a seat without written approval from EAC and The Fortified Mindset.
